i got the recipe from KWF.it's an ideal recipe for people who don't have much time to bake. i did this in the morning for weng, was going to visit her in the afternoon. it took me just an hour plus to get it baked ;)

this is an easy one, adapted from Easy Stir 'N Bake Cakes!
